Great that you’re having a photo album made!
Please read through the instructions and tips for submitting your photos below.
After your photos have been received, you will receive a quick personal feedback whether your photos have been received in good order. Then we will start designing your elegant photo book!
SUBMIT ALL PHOTOS AT ONCE
To make sure that everything goes as smoothly and as quickly as possible, it is important that all the photos you want incorporated into the photo book are submitted at the same time. If you do want to add additional photos later after the first design is finished, there is no guarantee that they can be added into the design if this means that most of the design has to be redone.
NO WHATSAPP PHOTOS
Whatsapp resizes your photos in a way that in addition to the size, the quality of the photo is also greatly reduced. Photos can then no longer/or not be placed at a large size in the photo book. Therefore, always request and provide original photos from your travel companions.
By connecting your phone to the computer with a cable, you can transfer the original photos to the computer. If you do submit WhatsApp photos, they cannot be included at a large size in your photo book.
SPARE PHOTOS
In addition to the photos you want included in the photo book, you may also submit a spare folder of photos that (just) didn’t make the final selection. Sometimes there is just a little space left on a page for an extra photo, which can then be taken from the spare folder.
Adding the reserve folder is not mandatory but works easier for me and gives you a chance to have some additional photos included in the photo book.
MANUAL
Photos may be sent via WeTransfer to info@hetleukstefotoboek.nl, please include your name and quotation number.
To ensure that the photos will be in chronological order in the book, it is wise to put the photos for each day in a separate folder.
The same applies if you have chosen to have me do the photo selection, then also please submit the photos in folders per day. Check out the quick guide for submitting your photos.
