A photo book tells a story, your client’s story. However, telling a good story takes time and you also need some storytelling talent. For anyone who wants a truly unique, luxurious and stylish photo book but does not have enough time, motivation or creativity, our design service is available. It is the easiest way for your customer to have their photos transformed into a stylish photo book, without having to spend hours fiddling themselves with standard design software from an Albelli, CEWE, etc.

We not only take care of the design of the photo book, but also that it is printed in high quality and your customer will have his/her photo book in his/her hands quickly. So the prices are for the total package. For an overview of all prices, please refer to our price overview.

The best format to choose depends on your budget and the type of photos.

The most popular format is Square XL. In this format, both landscape and portrait, as well as square photos come out very well. Because of the large size, full-page photos are printed really large, and even the photos that come in a little smaller, are still quite large and well visible.

Landscape L format is also a very popular format because in a landscape photo book especially landscape photos are shown off well, and most people shoot their photos mainly in the landscape orientation. Especially for travel photos in which landscapes are photographed, the L and XL landscape formats are a perfect choice. For example, think of a trip through a country where your client took pictures of the beautiful nature in the National Parks, or the safari your client went on in Africa.

A portrait format is less popular and mainly suitable if you took a lot of pictures in portrait mode. This is often the case when you have taken portrait photos. One disadvantage of this format is that it does not stay open as easily. When you open the book it soon folds back shut by itself. This is because the book is bound across the longest side.

The advice will always be to choose a square or landscape photo book.

How many photos will fit in the photo book depends on the format chosen, design style and whether a travel diary should be incorporated into the photo book.
A photo book contains a minimum of 24 pages; it usually holds about 80 photos.

Many travel companies choose to offer their customers a 24-page photo book (the basis) after which the customer can add additional pages and photos at their own additional expense.

Yes. Did your client keep a travel diary during their trip and would like to have it incorporated along with their photos? This is certainly possible and a nice personal addition to the photo book.
Your client will provide large pieces of text (in a Word document) along with the photos so that they can be incorporated into the first draft design right away. Loose phrases or words can be added after the first draft is complete.

Within 10 business days (but often sooner) of providing the photos, your client will receive the draft design of their unique personalized photo book. Your client has the opportunity to provide feedback, request changes, and add photo captions if necessary. Then the feedback will be processed within 3 business days and the modified draft design will be sent to your client again for review. After the design is approved, it is sent to the printing facility. After approx. 7-8 business days the photo book will be shipped to your client.

Yes, after the first draft design is finished your client has the opportunity to give feedback, request changes and add photo captions if needed. Then the feedback will be processed within 3 business days and the modified draft design will be sent to your client again for review. If your client still can’t figure it out and would rather send a USB stick with photos, that’s okay too. We will return the USB stick to your client with the delivery of the photo book itself.
