GUIDE FOR ADDING STATISTICS
You can also submit the statistics at the same time as you submit any other changes.
1. START PROOFING
Click “Start Proofing” to go to the design of your photo book.
2. OPEN DESIGN
The photo book opens in a new window. In this window you can browse through your photo book.
3. REQUEST CHANGES
If you want something changed about the design, click on “Request Changes” at the bottom right. A new window will open.
4. CLICK ON THE COMMENT ICON
In this window you cannot “browse” through your book. Scroll down to the pages where you want to add statistical and click on the comment icon at the bottom right.
5. ADD STATISTICS
The edit field opens in the middle of the page. Drag the circle (1) to the photo where you want a statistic added.
Choose from the following indicators to add statistics
DATE: enter the date here
LOCATION: enter the name of your location
GSP: enter the GPS coordinates
WEATHER: enter weather conditions
HEIGHT: fill in the height
ROUTE: enter here the name of the trail or route you hiked/bike/drove, and the length of the trail/route.
Want to add other statistic/information to a photo that is not listed above. Then describe what the icon should look like.
6. ANOTHER EXAMPLE
View another example of adding a statistic.
1. Drag bullet to the photo
2. Fill in the details of the Statistic
3. Click SAVE to save the statistic.
> If you want to change anything about the statistic you just added, click on the bullet/text to re-activate and edit.
7. APPROVE PAGE
When you are done adding the statistics, click the Approve Pages button. With that, you only agree on that specific page.
For pages where no statistics need to be added, you can click Approve Pages right away.
ACCIDENTALLY APPROVED A PAGE
If you mistakenly approved a page and still want some changes made, click ‘undo’ at the bottom left.
8. SEND CHANGES
This message appears if you have not added Statistics for a page, but have also not approved the page.
If you are sure that you have added all statistics, you can click OK. In this way, the pages where you haven’t indicated anything will still be approved and sent.
9. STATISTICS HAVE BEEN SENT
Your statistics have been sent to us. We will process it within 3 business days and send you the custom design for review.
If you’ve pressed [Finished] and still want some changes made, it’s best to get in touch.
