GUIDE FOR DOWNLOADING AND REVIEWING THE PHOTO SELECTION
WETRANSFER
After the photo selection is completed, the selection will be sent to you for review. It is not mandatory, but in that way you can view the photo selection and indicate if you want to delete or add any photos to the selection.
You will receive a link to the photo selection via email, which you can download using WeTransfer.
Below you will read step by step how to unzip the ZIP file and easily browse through the photos.
If you don’t unpack the ZIP file, you’ll have to open and close each photo individually, which takes unnecessarily long and isn’t practical.
1. DOWNLOAD ZIP FILE
In the email you received you will find a link to WeTransfer where you can download the photo selection.
2. LOCATE THE DOWNLOADED FILE
Most likely, WeTransfer downloaded the file and saved it to your Download folder.
Find the file.
3. OPEN ZIP FILE
Double-click the ZIP file, if all goes well it will open in Windows File Explorer.
If not:
1. Right-click on the ZIP file.
2. Click [Open with] [Openen met]
3. Click [File Explorer] [Windows Verkenner]
4. COPY PHOTO FOLDER
1. Right-click on the photo folder (in this case, “Fotoboek Zuid-Afrika 2023”).
2. Click [Copy] [Kopiëren]
5. PASTE PHOTO FOLDER TO NEW LOCATION
1. On your computer, create an empty folder [nieuwe map] where you want to copy the photo selection.
2. Open the new folder
3. Right-click on the empty space in the folder
4. Click [Paste]
The photo selection is now being copied to this folder.
6. WAIT FOR THE FOLDER TO BE COPIED
2. Then click on the folder by day
